Bruce began working for Bennett Construction in 1989 as a laborer, and from there he moved up to truck driver. After graduating from Delaware Technical and Community College in 1993, with an AA in Architectural/Engineering Design, he began estimating for the company. Currently he uses Paydirt 5.22 estimating software.

Originally from Scranton, PA where he worked as superintendent at Slusser Brothers supervising seven crews in their concrete division. Mario is responsible for scheduling of all work and handling all general questions and concerns on a project level.

Charles Dyes is a native of Dorchester County and got his start in the farming industry and operating heavy equipment. In 1989 Charles teamed up with a partner and started in construction equipment sales. He has since covered the entire Eastern Shore and has acquired a very large clientele . Charles also has had his real estate license for 3 years and has been a multi-million dollar producer for all three years. He has been involved with Bennett Construction for many years through his equipment sales and in 2006 he was very proud to become a welcomed part of the Bennett Team!
